Last Updated on: Wed, 15 Apr 2026 00:00:02 Site seems to be working OK but I am double checking here to see if this is a bug. LiteSpeed Web Server version 5.4.7 LiteSpeed Cache (version 3.1) WordPress version 5.4.1 PHP version 7.3.18 [27-May-2020 11:14:40 UTC] PHP Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required /public_html/wp-content/plugins/litespeed-cache/inc/litespeed.autoload.php (include_path=.:/opt/cpanel/ea-php73/root/usr/share/pear) in /public_html/wp-content/plugins/litespeed-cache/litespeed-cache.php on line 70 An error of type E_COMPILE_ERROR was caused in line 70 of the file public_html/wp-content/plugins/litespeed-cache/litespeed-cache.php. Error message: require_once(): Failed opening required public_html/wp-content/plugins/litespeed-cache/inc/litespeed.autoload.php (include_path=.:/opt/cpanel/ea-php73/root/usr/share/pear) Hi, Could you please try uninstall and reinstall ? Best regards, @CacheCrawler I just updated to the version released today, version 3.2 I did not see in the error logs the php fatal error mentioned above. Can you please take a look at this report number? Report number: IRXXWYXO Hi, Report wont mention any PHP error but if you didnt see it again , I would say its OK now. When it says Failed opening required ?.. I would either think file corruption , or permission issue. Best regards, @CacheCrawler Thanks for the feedback and explanation. Since I just got this fresh update today I am going to wait a few days to make sure everything is working OK. Thanks again. Hi, OK , please let us know if you see any error again. Best regards,
