Wordpress LScache Plugin: PHP 7.3 Compatibility

The same error appears when I visit any page of the site. I deactivated it as any plugin is deactivated in the WordPress dashboard. May I know how can you get into the dashboard if all the links are showing the error? Hi, Stanly, I can do it because I simply setup the version 7.2 in cPanel.
