Last Updated on: Wed, 15 Apr 2026 00:00:02
Hi, I have installed php73, and when I try to access https://rmceingenieria.com/wp-admin/ It shows me the following message: It seems that your PHP installation does not have the MySQL extension, necessary to run WordPress. The same error appears when I visit any page of the site. Only the main page works (https://rmceingenieria.com/) If I deactivated the litespeed cache plugin, the site works fine. thanks in advance This topic was modified 2 years, 10 months ago by Julian Marin. The page I need help with: https://rmceingenieria.com/wp-admin/ Hi @julianmarin, may I know how could you deactivate the LiteSpeed Cache plugin? By WP CLI or you have any method to bypass the error? I deactivated it as any plugin is deactivated in the WordPress dashboard. May I know how can you get into the dashboard if all the links are showing the error? Hi, Stanly, I can do it because I simply setup the version 7.2 in cPanel. Hi, You mean that : 1. you change php to 73 in cpanel , with LSCWP on , you got that mysql extension error. 2. when you change it to php72 in cpanel , with LSCWP on , the site works normal ? could you please test that if you use disable LSCWP , then change to php73 , how does it goes ? best regards, Hi, Im going to mark this topic Resolved, due to lack of activity. If you still need help, please provide the previously requested information. Well be happy to reopen the topic if necessary. Thanks!

LiteCache Rush: Speed comes from using less, not from doing it faster
