Wordpress LScache Plugin: Override default settings in child theme
Last Updated on: Wed, 15 Apr 2026 00:00:02 Is it possible to override the (default) settings by php? I have a multi site where all sites use the same theme and plugins and I cannot set the page optimisations settings like defer JS etc globally. Hi, what exactly is it you want to do ? for multi-site , the majority settings should have each sites own setting Best regards, Hi, Thanks for the reply! It is for a multi site where every site has the same theme and plugins, so all LS cache settings must be the same for each site. If I do a change I want to change it globally and not for each site. Hi, is that a default wordpress multi-site network ? or you just try some tricky way to make multiple domains to work under same wordpress instance ? if that is the case , no , you can not differentiate settings from one site to another , since they are using same database. despite there can be some hacked way to forcefully alter some settings , but I think it will give you more trouble than it worth , and potentially mess up everything Best regards, Hi, It is a default wordpress multi site network. I am looking for a php hook/filter where I can set all the settings. In my theme I can create a setting that this applies by default and if I set it to false I can change the settings like defer js etc for each website. Hi, unfortunately there is no hook/filter for this purpose since the change-able settings are showing in the admin area already Best regards,
