Wordpress LScache Plugin: Optimize Image Lossless Question

After I turn that on, does it matter what number I choose in the WordPress Image Quality Control option? Also what number in WordPress Image Quality Control would be considered lossless? Hi, by design , yes , losslessly should be no visible change to images.
