Wordpress LScache Plugin: Only homepage caching

If I go to my homepage ( https://www.footprintcoffee.co.uk/ ) I get x-litespeed-cache: hit. If I go to my Delivery page ( https://www.footprintcoffee.co.uk/delivery/ ) I get: x-litespeed-cache: miss. Ive set Force Cache URIs = /delivery. Ive tried browsing Incognito. What am I missing ?
