Wordpress LScache Plugin: Object Cache Causing Issues with Cron Transients
Last Updated on: Wed, 15 Apr 2026 00:00:02 I have been using WP Auto Poster on my site (or try8ng to use), this is a plug-in that takes an action at a given time, in my case every 7 to 10 days it looks for a custom post with a status of pending, changes it to published and the publishes it, posts to social media and so on. I have been working with the developer, but his suggestion is that object cache is leading to issues with Cron transients which means that the plug-in ends up double posting instead of waiting the duration of time it is meant to wait. I submitted my Lightspeed config report (QNOQPEIT), and would appreciate if your able to help out as I would love to be able to use object cache to improve performance, but at this stage I dont seem to be able to :(. Thanks from the dev suggestion , then Id suggest to exclude the object his plugin uses from object cache.
