Wordpress LScache Plugin: Notified images do not get pulled
Last Updated on: Wed, 15 Apr 2026 00:00:02 Hello, I have experienced the same issue numerous times in the past. I have already optimized and pulled over 70000 images. Today the image optimization is stuck again. Cron works just fine but images notified and not pulled. When I hit on Update Status button, the message I get is Message from LiteSpeed image server: Errors when handling your previous requests. Send request to reset fetch error count but even wen I click on the button to reset error count, nothing happens. Error count is not reset and the images are not pulled. As I mentioned at the beginning of this message this is not the first time that I experience this kind of issue. In the past you instructed me that the only way to overcome this is to destroy all optimization data and start over! Which I did, but you have to take into account that just like this time I had optimized over 40000 images when that happened. I am a paying customer (LiteSpeed 2-CPU Licence) and batch optimizing images like that is a time consuming process for us since we are doing it by hand, every day ? three times per day, to be able to optimize all of our images in a timely manner. This is really frustrating and I will not tolerate having to destroy all image optimization data for a second time. Please see to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Byron The page I need help with: https://www.javacodegeeks.com/ To reset the fetch error, you dont need to destroy data. You can just try clear up unfinished data. If you reset fetch error but didnt see any result, try to turn on debug log and see what it says when you click that button.
