Wordpress LScache Plugin: Nothing is working

Last Updated on: Wed, 15 Apr 2026 00:00:02
Hi, Im new to WP and WC so after installing the LS plugin I immediately noticed that there was no change or improvement to the site whatsoever. The plugin is active and fiddling around with any of the settings makes any difference at all. Even on the plugins page, it shows Page Load Time like this: Before : 0s After : 0s Improved by :0% Have I missed something? Would you provide us with a link to your page? Hi, Please provide the report number you can get it in toolbox -> report -> click send to LiteSpeed Best regards, Thank you for the reply? The report number is SSJUXDQB Hi, yeah , to improve the speed, cache is required, but our plugins caching only works with LiteSpeed webserver while your server is running on Apache , so the caching is actually not working on your site , thats why you dont see any improvement you can suggest your provider to use LiteSpeed WebServer, or register your site with QUIC cloud CDN which caches page at CDN level Best regards, Hi, I registered the site through QUIC Cloud as suggested but Im still not seeing any difference even though the QUIC Cloud dashboard is saying that everything is setup correctly. Ive generated a new report number: MYBMEUZY I must say that I never expected caching software to be so complicated. All I want to do is test the software before I buy it. Regards Michael Hi, you need to go QC dashboard -> CDN -> enable CDN and make DNS record change accordingly. yeah well ,as much as we want to make things siple , but when it comes to cache at server-level and/or CDN-level , it does requires bit of more set up to get things working as matter of fact, as this cache plugin was originally designed for LiteSpeed webserver, it does work out of box on that Best regards, Hi, the current domain that we are using is a temporary domain that was assigned to us by Cloudways. Its not a typical domain like www.domain.com so there is no option on the Cloudways sever dashboard to make changes to DNS records? we eventually will apply a real domain name to that particular server, but not while the site is under development. So, does this mean weve run out of options to make this work? Hi, sadly yes , if you can not change the DNS record, then its no go for QC Best regards,
