Wordpress LScache Plugin: Not on the correct Tier
Last Updated on: Wed, 15 Apr 2026 00:00:02 Report number: NWUAQQBQ Hello LiteSpeed Team, I am in web developing stage with my page and willing to try the CDN, Upon setting it up I noticed I am on the wrong Tier. Using LiteSpeed Server could I be placed on Tier2 to try this awesome service. Thanks alot! Hi, Its because you are behind cloudflare, so it can not properly detect the server please do this 1. disable the cloudflare proxy , wait for like 10-15 minutes 2. go to general page -> refresh the domain key 3. after you obtain new domain key , the tier should be correctly detected 4. after that, enable back the cloudflare proxy Best regards, Hi @CacheCrawler thanks a lot for the prompt reply. Youre right it does say server: cloudflare in one of the headers, I also recall removing a setting that would disclose the version or something to that nature from the LiteSpeeds web admin protal. Is there is no other way for this? I wish my server IP to stay hidden under proxy. I did added my ip somewhere in the config of the cdn Thank you! Hi, You only need to turn it off for short while , like 10 , 20 minutes at top , refresh the domain key , then re-enable it back and frankly , for people who doesnt care, they wont dig your IP , for people who wants to know , they can still dig your IP out even you behind cloudflare Best regards, Okay @CacheCrawler, thanks again, got it working this morning, I had to delete the domain from the cdn page in order to work.. so 2nd attempt did it. and the whole thing took 2 mins?enough for nosey buggers ..Now my ip is listed on Shodan.. sake! ?got to sort my Opsec How would you been able to find my ip behind CloudFlare, it was not listed anywhere on the net so your usual red team tools couldnt find it as I tried them on my domain. Hi, I dont know I am not exactly a security expert , but I am sure there is some hidden tools/ways that we never heard of , few ways I have heard of : 1. mail record, if your origin server sends mail out , its typically contains server IP 2. DNS history record , some sites collect DNS records all the times , so if you didnt use CF before , and have not changed server, then it might have recorded your IP 3. Header combination 4. SSL record last 2 is something I dont really understand the technical thing behind it , but just saw it somewhere explain it Best regards,
