Wordpress LScache Plugin: No CSS when rendering page on GTMetrix or GPSI

Last Updated on: Wed, 15 Apr 2026 00:00:02
I have been having this issue with measuring my page with GTMetrix or Google PageSpeed Insights. The page preview is rendered without any CSS. The page scores anything between 95+ to 100, but the preview looks broken. I have tried disabling all the Cache features from the Toolbox menu, and that solves the rendering problem with those tools, but as it is to be expected the score drops significantly (below 80 for desktop and below 50 for mobile), and anyway, completely disabling the cache is not the solution. As an actual user, if I access the page for the first time after purging all the cache, I am getting a similar effect no CSS loads at first, and then the site loads instantly (both for mobile and for desktop). If I am not the first user to open the page, the page loads instantly. What do I need to do to troubleshoot this further and get to the root of the problem, to then attempt to address it? My Page Optimization > [1] CSS Settings tab is configured as follows: CSS minify -> ON CSS combine -> ON Generate UCSS -> OFF UCSS Inline -> OFF CSS Combine External and Inline -> ON Load CSS Asynchronously -> OFF CCSS Per URL -> OFF Inline CSS Async Lib -> ON Font Display Optimization -> Swap Hi, please provide the report number , you can get it in toolbox -> report -> click send to LiteSpeed Best regards, Hi, The report number is this: YQKUOVEF Please also see this image to get an idea of what it is that we are experiencing: https://postimg.cc/xN8gsPB1 Thanks Hi, this is due to guest mode and guest optimization , it will load css async and delay/pause the JS Best regards,
