Wordpress LScache Plugin: New posts are not updated at homepage

However, I recently discovered that after I post a new post, it no longer appears on the homepage. I have cleared the entire cache from Litespeed Cache menu and it does not help the new post to appear on my homepage. Please help me, my report number is: FZNRDHFW.
