Wordpress LScache Plugin: New post not updating

Hourly India website The page I need help with: https://www.hourlyindia.com/ Hi, LiteSpeed is not caching anything at all on your site https://i.imgur.com/KLNQ3Mq.png you dont have QC or LSWS server, so LSCWP plugin did NOT cache anything and you have cache-control and expire header that instructed browser to cache the page. after that , you seems have at least , 2 different cache layers , you need properly configure them.
