Wordpress LScache Plugin: NSFW Critical CSS Cloud Error

Now on the CSS tab on the Page Optimization page, the critical CSS queue has severl pages in queue and shows a last generated time that is more than 24 hours ago. If I try to run queue manually, I get a message saying Cloud Error: Please try after 4m 28s for service ccss .
