Wordpress LScache Plugin: My host has LiteSpeed Web Cache Manager in their cPanel. Related?

Looking into my cPanel at my host, they do indeed have an option called LiteSpeed Web Cache Manager . Its currently disabled though. Is this related to the plugin I can download here? ?
