Wordpress LScache Plugin: Minified and combined CSS/JS but not working?

I ran the site through this tool to check speed: https://tools.pingdom.com After I installed the plugin and enabled the minify and combine features, I purged all and then checked it again using that tool and nothing changes. The combine external JS rating is still terrible. What do I have to do to fix it? Hi, Could you please provide a report number ?
