Wordpress LScache Plugin: Media.net ads do not show up

I had a talk with Media.Net and they told me that there was a problem with caching. I stopped the plugin and ads started showing up. After a bit I turned it off and removed the Inline JS and Combie Internal External JS so it doesnt interfere with ads, but still does not help. Your issue will be resolved if you update your plugin to the latest version V.4.1 rc8. Regards. The plugin doesnt have a new version V.4.1 and I checked my localization settings. They were turned off.
