Wordpress LScache Plugin: Making the plug-in non-Cache

I tried to apply the answers given before but I could not find a solution. The page I need help with: https://www.zihni.org/ Hi, I am not sure how that plugins works but if it generates a fixed or pattern on URL , like https://domain.com/user_name/profile or something like that you can exclude profile from being cached. Another way is to contact that plugins author , and kindly ask them to implement cache API for their plugin. Best regards,
