Hello, were having some trouble sending E-Mail by Mailchimp after the installing of Quic.Cloud CDN. Their support suggested us to Quic.Cloud whitelist some IPs and weve done it. But it didnt help. Do you have an idea about why it happens? Consider that we installed Quic.Cloud with CNAME with the help of our hosting manager. Thanks a lot. Hi, please be more specific about trouble , as how/what trouble is ? any more specific error message/symptom ? for domains that uses SMPT server on root or www domain , you may need to create a separated subdomain , like mail.domain.com to handle the mail Best regards, Hi @CacheCrawler, as issue I mean that the newsletter are not sent by Mailchimp. I asked to know more about the error message. They answered me: At this time there is a SMTP 550 error that says blocked . SMTP 550 indicates that the requested command failed because the users mailbox was unavailable (not found or rejected falls in this category). To answer to your previous suggestion, we use an external professional mail service. It was installed by our hosting manager. But as I told you everything worked well before the installing of the Litespeed CDN. Is there a suggestion that I can forward from you to our hosting manager? Thanks a lot. The Mailchimp IP is in a blacklist. So were almost sure that it is the cause. Thanks a lot the same!
