Wordpress LScache Plugin: Localize external js
Last Updated on: Wed, 15 Apr 2026 00:00:02 Hello, wed like to host locally some external js. Some weeks ago I tried to start with Google Maps js, but they stopped to work giving us some API errors. We use that js with a plugin to show retailers in a specific page. 1) Do you know why the Google Maps js have this specific problem? 2) Which is your experience with analytics.js instead? Id like to have your opinion because I read on Google web site that they suggest to not host locally that file: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/1032389?hl=en 3) Is there a way to auto-schedule a re-loading of these js? I ask that because I read always on the Google web site that they suggest to leave it external because need to be refreshed often. Thanks. Hi, Yes, we received some issue about localization external JS and scheduled for further investigation on it. For time being , please disable localization on problematic JS files Best regards,
