Wordpress LScache Plugin: Litespeed + keycdc

I dont know, to be honest, I am just making some tests to see what works better, and so far I havent found a good solution. This obstage-xxxx.xxxxx.com is a new KeyCDN zone that I created to the staging of the site I am optimizing. I would though that using a CDN it would be better, but I dont know if the caching plugin works better without, or with other solution (clouflare, etc). To say that, with plugin CDN Enabler I made possible to the KeyCDN to work, but the results I am getting in pingdom, pagespeed, etc, are worst than when I didnt have CDN working, what is pretty strange. At this point I am a little lost May I know which score you find its lower than you disabled CDN? Also, have you warmed up the cache before you submit to the testing site? It might affect the result especially on TTFB. It is quite a difference the score. From 80 to 50. Can you show us a Gtmetrix before and after enabling CDN? No, since I kept makgins tests. The last time I was using KeyCDN in another site, I has 78 at pingdom and 25 mobile at pagespeed. I took out KeyCDN and left the images to be served by Shortpixel CDN + autoptimize + Litespeed Cache. Now I have 85 (78) at pingdom and 38 (25) at pagespeed. It is not a big improvement, but with KeyCDN, I tried all configurations, with and without shortpixel, and autoptmize. Litespeed was the only one, I left on all the time. If you enabled Litespeed on both CDN setting, the lower score is due to the CDN service, our plugin is just doing the URL replacement. You may need to contact the CDN provider for more information. When I paste the KeyCDN zone on the Litespeed, it simply does nothing. It is as if it was empty. So, I assume that litespeed does not assume the KeyCDN.
