Wordpress LScache Plugin: Litespeed conflict with Redis Object Cache
Last Updated on: Wed, 15 Apr 2026 00:00:02 Hello, I have just about updated to the latest version of litespeed. On completion I got a message to disable Redis Object Cache citing that it is conflicting. Though I have disabled Redis plugin, request if you could clear the confusion. Thank You NJ its not common to have multiple cache plugin enabled at same time it could easily create unforeseeable issue like you change some conf or update something , you cleared LiteSpeed cache , but you didnt purge other cache , then you think LiteSpeed cache is creating issue (which I have seen this many times due to additional cache plugin in place) and its a possibly , not definitively , if you check around and think everything is good , please feel free to keep it Hello, Further to your last response, I have removed the Redis Object Cache plugin (to prevent any conflict). However, I am now noticing that there is a huge jump in the number of All Transients as compared earlier. Is it because of removing Redis. What does it indicate and is it normal. Thank You NJ that plugin may take transients to it , but by default, wordpress is storing the transient to database
