Wordpress LScache Plugin: Litespeed cache plugin wont save any changed settings

My site wp-admin response headers are just as same as shown in the picture on the blog. I tried disabling opcahe, Memcached and redis PHP extensions. Ive also tried repairing the litespeed cache plugin database it showed the message as done but it really didnt change its behaviour.
