Wordpress LScache Plugin: Litespeed Cache Is Putting .SVG Files on CDN Incorrectly
Last Updated on: Wed, 15 Apr 2026 00:00:02 Here are the CDN tab settings: https://snag.gy/MCKB6p.jpg How you can configure .SVG files are not in the list however litespeed is redirected to CDN anyway! Hi @emersong20, The Include File Types will work once you turn off both Include Images, Include CSS & Include JS More details: https://www.litespeedtech.com/support/wiki/doku.php/litespeed_wiki:cache:lscwp:configuration:cdn#include_file_types Thanks. I deactivated everyone. As you instructed: http://prntscr.com/m6mzkq And now simply the CDN on my site does not work! What I want is for CDN to work for images, with the exception of .svg files. What am I doing wrong? Hi, could you please join our Slack channel or submit a ticket here for helping us to reproduce your problem? Looks like you have a svg file in img src. To correct Stanleys answer, Include File Types is a separate setting than Include Images. Do you want to disable it because your CDN doesnt support that filetype? If you want to exclude .svg file, please try to add .svg to CDN exclude path setting and see if it works. My CDN does not support .SVG files. What parameters should I put in the exclude path? Just try .svg as its part of your images URL to exclude. I do not understand!Hi, emersong20 Are you using the image CDN from Jetpack? If so, you shouldnt need to configure LiteSpeeds CDN at all. You can turn Enable CDN to OFF in LiteSpeed, and Jetpack will handle everything itself. Otherwise, what Hai is suggesting is that you enter .svg into the Exclude Path box. Any URL that has .svg in the path (for example, images/logo.svg) will not be served from the CDN. Does that help?
