Wordpress LScache Plugin: LiteSpeed breaks Pinterest image share (with Monarch)

When Litespeed lazy load is enabled the Monarchs plugin Pinterest share breaks. There are no pictures to share when I click on the Pinterest icon, its all white and empty. As soon as I disable lazy load the monarch plugin works fine. Can you help ?
