Wordpress LScache Plugin: LiteSpeed Cache prevents Yoast SEO from redirecting attachment URLs

Last Updated on: Wed, 15 Apr 2026 00:00:02
Hi, When LiteSpeed Cache is enabled and redirect attachment URLs to the attachment itself option in Yoast SEO is set to yes, the attachment URL is redirected to the admin page instead of the attachment itself. This problem does not occur if Lightspeed Cache is disabled. Any tips on how to solve this problem? Hi, I am trying to reproduce the issue , but which option you refer by this? redirect attachment URLs to the attachment itself option in Yoast SEO is set to yes Best regards, In search appearance section of Yoast SEO, under media tab there is an option for redirecting media and attachment URLs to the attachment itself which can be set to yes or no. A similar problem is also addressed in this link: https://github.com/Yoast/wordpress-seo/issues/9880 Best regards, Hi, I just tested with WP 4.9.7 + LSCWP 2.4.1 + Yoast 7.9 , attachment page works fine, and never redirected to admin. Could you please provide a report number ? Best regards, I updated my Yoast and LSC plugins and now attachment redirect is working fine. Thanks! Hi, Glad to know , I am going to mark this topic as resolved, please let us know if you have any further questions. Best regards,
