Really love this plugin, but the LiteSpeed Cache plugin causes our Website Header Logo to disappear on Mobile phones. What should we do ? Thanks in advance. This topic was modified 3 years, 11 months ago by Pigo3934blog. Just sent a Report from the plugin to ? bug@litespeedtech.com Hi @pigo3934blog, can you send us the Report number here, you can find it on the report page. Support ticket #293731 Report number: ZDSEVNTZ Report date: 12/06/2018 10:34:32 =========== An SECOND issue is ? The plugin also prevents any animated elements from being displayed in any banner created with the Revolution Slider plugin. https://codecanyon.net/item/slider-revolution-responsive-wordpress-plugin/2751380 RESOLVED BOTH ISSUES: LiteSpeed Cache Settings ? ? > Media Settings ? ? > Lazy Load Images ? ? > OFF ================== It is too bad we had to turn this setting off. 1) ? Is there a way to get the Lazy Load to ONLY take affect for images that are OUTSIDE the viewpoint of the screen ? 2) ? Is there away to make the Lazy Load skip certain plugin or URL for certain images? 3) ? Is there a way to get the Header/ Logo to BLOCK the Lazy Load from the Lite Speed Cache plugin ? 4) ? Is there a way to get the Slider Revolution banner to BLOCK the Lazy Load from the Lite Speed Cache plugin ? Look forward to your reply. Thanks in advance. 1) Lazy load will be affected to all images, then show them in viewpoint immediately. Because the display logic has to be done by JS. Server side PHP cant detect the browser viewpoint as easy as JS. 2) Yes Lazy Load Image Excludes is used for that. You can also use the API mentioned under that option, use attribute data-no-lazy=1 in template too. 3) Same as 2). 4) Same as above, also can use filter litespeed_cache_media_lazy_img_excludes in theme or plugin if you want to customize it without having to set it in LSCWP setting. Thanks for the reply. I found the documentation for excluding images from Lazy Load https://www.litespeedtech.com/support/wiki/doku.php/litespeed_wiki:cache:lscwp:configuration:media But it did not work on multiple devices, even after I purged all cache and transients. These were the URLs I used. The plugin stripped away the DOT.com part of the URLs /wp-content/uploads/2018/06/farm_house_logo.png /wp-content/uploads/2018/09/farmhouse_header_background.png /wp-content/uploads/2018/09/slider_1_facebook.png /wp-content/uploads/2018/09/star-1.png /wp-content/uploads/2018/09/slider_1_yelp.png /wp-content/uploads/2018/09/slider_1_google.png /wp-content/uploads/2018/09/slider_1_twitter.png ============ I sent the report number to your support ticket system. Need help. Thanks in advance. In one of the reviews, it seems another person had the same issue with their logo disappearing too? https://wordpress.org/support/topic/absolutely-the-best-optimisation-plugin-out-there/ Hi, The post says recommend you put your logo to be ignored in the lazy-load exclude config that is recommend , which I believe what that means if better not lazy load the logo only, and not same case as here.
