Wordpress LScache Plugin: LiteSpeed Cache Plugin is installed! alert appears repeatedly after closing it

Last Updated on: Wed, 15 Apr 2026 00:00:02
The hosting service used by my web agency has installed the LiteSpeed Cache Plugin to all our WordPress sites. On every site, there is an alert message displaying in WordPress admin saying: LiteSpeed Cache Plugin is installed! This message indicates that the plugin was installed by the server admin. The LiteSpeed Cache plugin is used to cache pages ? a simple way to improve the performance of the site. However, there is no way of knowing all the possible customizations that were implemented. For that reason, please test the site to make sure everything still functions properly. Examples of test cases include: Visit the site while logged out. Create a post, make sure the front page is accurate. If there are any questions, the team is always happy to answer any questions on the support forum. If you would rather not move at litespeed, you can deactivate this plugin. When I close this message on any of our sites, it just reappears again. The message box is big, so its really frustrating that this is dominating the admin pages of all our sites. How can I prevent the message reappearing once I close it? Thanks you must plugin INACTIVE after 5 minutes then plugin active Hi @terrygrow, All the LiteSpeed messages are designed to only show once. When you refresh the page, it should disappear automatically. But for that WHM message, it is in a different way. Currently only when deactivating and reactivate it can disappear as mentioned by @aafshin440, which is not a proper way. Thanks for your report. We will make the close button work in as expected. It will be in v1.1.1.
