Wordpress LScache Plugin: Learndash Quiz Questions going super funky

Question content has either dissapeared or the question type has changed and other crazy stuff like that. I can give login details if someone would like to have a look> Or jump on a screenshare and show whats going on. Thanks @duncanggggg, could you try to turn OFF Litespeed Cache > Setting > Cache > Cache REST API and purge all cache to see does it help. Tryed that and many other things. Still no joy. So even after purging the cache and disabling the lightspeed cache plugin I am still getting really strange things happening that make using learndash on lightspeed server impossible. I am using the exact same installation on nginx without issue. Please let me know what I can do to get this resolved. As I said I am happy to share login details or share screens and show what is happening (but you can see in the video above).
