LazyLoad & Javascript Delay Delay

Wordpress LScache Plugin: LazyLoad & Javascript Delay Delay

Last Updated on: Wed, 15 Apr 2026 00:00:02
Hi there I have been using wprocket for a long time, I changed my server to litespeed and now using LSCACHE. I have noticed that after using the plugin I have almost 450kb of excess on my page size on GTMETRIX test. I realized that lazyload is not work properly, I have excluded the Site Logo, but it lazy loads. Sometimes on page test I get notification about lazy load and loading extra images. My image size almost doubled in test. Another issue is problem with java delay. I have excluded so many js files from Tuning part, but when I use JS Delay my site gets so many problem on side menu and side cart, sticky header. etc.. (now defer mode chosen) and again my js size become double because of not delaying Would be more than happy if you can help me. Thanks website here This topic was modified 2 months ago by Ommy. The page I need help with: https://www.wineanatolia.com/ Delay means Javascript files (not Java) are loaded first after a user action, i.e. scrolling or clicking. Almost every theme uses Javasript for display functions and these functions need depended Javascript just at page load and not after user action. So to prevent any malfunctions in theme it is better to use deferred loading, but mostly there is no need to exclude Javascript sources. So undo your settings, purge all and try again. thanks for response. My page uses popup as side menu and sticky header (made by elementor) which needs related js fiIes to be Excludes from JS combine & JS delay to work without any errors. I have already cleared tuning files from JS Deferred Excludes . there is not any problem other than lazy loading. can you please check? Thanks there is not any problem other than lazy loading Lazy load of your images is added either by WordPress or by your theme. As far as I can tell LScache plugin can only exyclude images from being lazy loaded if WP itself doesnt add this feature. Ive just checked it again, but maybe plugin support has a better solution. Report number: CNVCJHBF Hi, for exclude, you may need to look into the inline JS as well , not only the individual JS files I am not exactly sure about the first case, please share a GTMetrix report link best regards, Thank you for reply, I have extra 250kb on images. using google developer site speed tool I have notification about extra hiding images GTMETRIX LINK Hope to find a solution Thank you again Most probably problem rises from enabling lazyloading. I disabled it, Used wp-rockets or Autotomize lazyloading and problem solved. Just put everything back till hear from you. Thanks
