Wordpress LScache Plugin: Lazy load only for specific browsers

I mean why you would want to have lazyload on certain browser instead of for them all ? Best regards, I was testing speed with native lazy load in wordpress, and its faster than using a plugin, because no javascript is needed. But this new feature of wordpress doesnt work on safari and older browsers.
