Wordpress LScache Plugin: Landing page dont load properly when first load / refresh
Last Updated on: Wed, 15 Apr 2026 00:00:02 Hello, Im facing an issue with my landing page On the first load or at each refresh (if private browsing), the landing page is not displayed correctly (missing css style and images, see attachment). What i got : https://ibb.co/DYnB4Vn What i expect : https://ibb.co/Dr9GBbL I did some research and i found a post talking about guest mode or css/js optimisation. Both settings are disabled on my admin panel and i cannot find any way to solve that problem. Can someone help me ? Greetings, Quentin This topic was modified 3 months, 1 week ago by quentinw33. This topic was modified 3 months, 1 week ago by quentinw33. The page I need help with: https://www.quentinwallier.com/ Hi, How do I trigger this on your page ? Best regards, Its a bit strange xD I got this problem since a few weeks at least and yesterday i put all the other pages on private mode before sharing the link here (because the website is not finished) and now i cannot trigger the problem again? Dont understand what could connect to the issue. Usually, i open a private page on chrome or brave and 80% of the time i have the loading issue on the landing page. If its not triggered, i open a new private page and then it happens. Hi @CacheCrawler, Were having this exact same problem and I currently have steps to replicate it which will hopefully work your end. Weve found that this is an issue on Chromium based browsers as above (Brave, Chrome etc) and we have only tested on Windows 10 so far. To trigger the issue ? ? Open a new private window in Brave ? Visit https://watkinsprints.co.uk ? Click on Browse by Breed ? None of the subcategories will load ? To test further, now click on Sketches ? None of the products will load Weve found if you load the page directly (EG https://watkinsprints.co.uk/category/breed/) then it loads correctly and the page also works again on a refresh. This is definitely down to LiteSpeed Cache as we have debugged by disabling all plugins and through disabling and enabling the plugin we can make the problem resolve and reappear. Were unaware of how long the problem has lasted, however could this been from one of the updates if @quentinw33 recognised it earlier? Many thanks for your time and let us know if you need anymore info. Update ? Ive added this issue as a separate topic which can be found here ? https://wordpress.org/support/topic/page-elements-not-displaying/ Many thanks for your time!
