Wordpress LScache Plugin: LSCache compatibility with GiveWP

The form fails to dynamically update fields (donation amount and total) or do calculations based on user preferences (e.g. transaction fee recovery option). Further, the form will not submit when the cache is enabled. Disabling LSCache allows the form to work normally. Ive tried several configuration changes to enable/disable various caching mechanisms, but the form will not work until I deactivate LSCache. Re-enabled JS minify and form still works. Guess its the JS combine function. Good catch, thanks! This has been nagging me for a month.
