Wordpress LScache Plugin: LSCache caching functions on this page are currently unavailable!
Last Updated on: Wed, 15 Apr 2026 00:00:02 I get the messasge LSCache caching functions on this page are currently unavailable! on the cache settings page with the additional information To use the caching functions you must have a LiteSpeed web server or be using QUIC.cloud CDN. I request and got a domain key so I thought I was using QUIC cloud. I even created an account. Snippet of general settings. Have I missed something? https://prnt.sc/u7spgr Thanks Hi, could you please provide the report number ? you can get it in toolbox -> report , click send to LiteSpeed Best regards, Report number: IFWEMKOF Report date: 08/29/2020 01:32:42 Thanks Hi, you will need to go to QC dashboard, enable CDN, then set the DNS record for CDN before you be able to use it Best regards, I went to Settings in my QUIC Dashboard. It told me that QUIC.cloud CDN is fully disabled. Please go to the Settings Tab to fix the error first. I went to settings It told me it couldnt auto-set server IP and to set the server ip first. I used the same address as was shown in Litespeed general settings (which was gained by using the tool offered DoAPI.us). That address didnt make the QUIC dashboard happy. I went to the site host and found what they report as my sites IP address and used that in both the Litespeed settings and the QUIC console. That didnt make things happy either. I followed link suggested in the more info link next to the Callback failed error message to verify WordPress REST API is active so tried //www.your_domain.com/wp-json/litespeed/v1/ip_validate (and I did substitute my actual domain instead of your_domain) and it gave me a 404 error which the information said was correct. Im hosted by HostGator and on a shared server if that is any help. I used a online tool to query my sites IP and got an address close to the one Litespeed suggested but slightly different. I used that for both the settings in Litewpeed and the QUIC dashboard. That got me farther. Now on the CDN page I have this message: Update CNAME Records Please change your CNAME for: http://www.asindera.com to c260831.tier1.quic.cloud And this is all now starting to sound a little worrying to me. How deep are we changing my live site? Thanks for your support on this. I think Im going to hold on this and possibly get back to it later. Im going to investigate other options. Best Wishes
