Wordpress LScache Plugin: LSC image optimization and ClaudFlare

On WP now is installed LiteSpeed Cash plugin with set ClaudFlare, not QUIC. (added Cloudflare account details in the Litespeed Cache plugin under CDN option ? Im not resigning with this technology. And DNS proxy on CF site) I want to use image optimization with QUIC.cloud server Do I have to disconnect CF before linking to QUIC.cloud?
