Wordpress LScache Plugin: Just Updated Plugin, now not working

Everything was working great before the update. Not sure what happened, but I was able to disable the plugin via FTP. I was able to log back into the admin side, uninstall and reinstall the plugin. Now everything appears to OK. That was odd ? Thank you for the speedy reply. Cool. It may only happen when you upgrade from some WP version. Can you give a report number?
