Wordpress LScache Plugin: JS syntax error with mediaelement
Last Updated on: Wed, 15 Apr 2026 00:00:02 When JS Combine + Remove Comments is on and WP loads mediaelement-and-player.min.js due to an embedded video, the combined JS yields an error: SyntaxError: Invalid or unexpected token The error has been mentioned here: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/wordpress-5-3-mediaelement-js-combine-error/ and the thread was marked as resolved. Just a humble FYI that the error is still happening with the latest Litespeed Cache (as of this date) 3.5.0.2.
