Wordpress LScache Plugin: Is my site even using LiteSpeed Cache and QUIC.cloud CDN?
Last Updated on: Wed, 15 Apr 2026 00:00:02 Report number: QDHEWPRO Report date: 05/13/2020 12:10:37 I dont think that my site is using QUIC.cloud CDN or even LiteSpeed caching, when I try to open any page in an incognito tab, the page takes around 8-10 seconds to open on my Mobile and Mac. My WordPress dashboard also takes more time to load than it used to do earlier, but when I disable all the features from the DEBUG TAB in Toolbox, its working normally again. I have attached my report number for the same issue. Hi, It is on CDN , you can check the header, as my screenshot. https://i.imgur.com/G6NgjuT.png that x-qc-cache: hit means it is serving from Quic Cloud cache next line x-qc-pop: EU_ES_Madrid_32 means it is serving from Europe , Spain , Madrid point as I live in Spain. If cache is not generated, it could take longer time because it is hitting your PHP backend for dynamic generation. For dashboard slowness , please try disable object cache and see how it goes. Best regards, Hey @CacheCrawler Thanks for the reply! Thanks for confirming that CDN is working, and for the object cache, its not enabled at all. Any other setting which I shall look upon? Regards, Skuzzy Hi, Please try export your current setting , and then reset to default , see how it goes. Best regards, Hey, I tried exporting the settings but its showing that download failed, is there a specific location from which I can download the file from my cPanel file Manager? Regards, Skuzzy Hi, hmmmmm , no , its not a real file , but more like a huge string so it doesnt save into file system. could you please try on different browser ? Best regards, Hey, After trying on nearly 3 browser I was was able export through MS Edge. After resetting and importing, the speed has improved, better than earlier but my aite is throwing random 400 Bad Request Errors sometimes when I do a purge all. Also, some times the main page posts dont load on a desktop system, whereas they load perfectly with a mobile device. Regards, Hi, I see you have both CF and QC enabled , please try disable them both first , and see if you still get that 400 bad request error, because when double CDN involves , it could change a lot on headers when being proxied. and also , when you experience slowness , please check in HTTP response header, see x-litespeed-cache: hit header like my screenshot if you dont see it , on that same URL , attach /?LSCWP_CTRL=before_optm to it , e.g. from https://domain.com/ to https://domain.com/?LSCWP_CTRL=before_optm and compare the speed , see if its slower or faster , you may need to check this few times and get average number of them. Best regards, No success, 400 Bad Request Errors still there randomly, is there any way I can use cPanel for CNAME without getting the error: Error: skuzzers.xyz. already has a SOA record. You may not mix CNAME records with other records for the same name. Im getting this error, read the documentation here Its for Cloudflare and Digital Ocean, cant seem to use Digital Ocean instructions for cPanel. Hi, For cPanel DNS , it only allow CNAME for www , but not root domain. you may need to swap it to www domain as your site domain , instead of using root domain. Best regards,
LiteCache Rush: Speed comes from using less, not from doing it faster
