Wordpress LScache Plugin: Is it OK Change the LiteSpeed Cache DB files to InnoDB ?
Last Updated on: Wed, 15 Apr 2026 00:00:02 Is it OK Change the LiteSpeed Cache DB files to InnoDB ? Currently, the DB type is MyISAM . Hi @pigo3934blog, You can change it to InnoDB ? when the tables are created, they use the default storage engine set by the server. Will changing them to InnoDB within PHPMyAdmin affect any performance ? Hi, For front-end , No , as these tables are only needed and used when doing LSCWP image optimization. For image optimization process, could be and I think the difference is negligible and it wont make much difference if you dont have tens of thousands images , and even so , the image servers will become bottleneck instead of your local database. Best regards,
