Wordpress LScache Plugin: Incompatibility with themes?
Last Updated on: Wed, 15 Apr 2026 00:00:02 Hi, I noticed an incompatibility with both Astra and Customify (activated it a couple of days ago). The live preview and WordPress customizer are not working properly. One of the steps I applied in my case was deactivating all plugins and activating each of them to see if there is any conflict. I was surprised to find out that the customizer wasnt ok after activating LiteSpeed. What can I do now? I dont want to replace cache plugin (I find it awesome) or theme. Report details are: Report number: WJOEQIRB Report date: 12/30/2019 20:44:08 Looking forward to receive your advice! Thanks, Rox The page I need help with: https://jurnaldemamica.net/ Hi, Could you please check your php log , and see if there is any error log ? Best regards, Dont see any. Just setted up WordPress error logs in wp-config. Hi @rox32, may I know are Astra and Customify a page editor? Does it contain any query string when you go to the editor page? We can prepare a script to disable the LiteSpeed Cache only on that page. Hi @stanleylitespeed, I dont know about Astra, they might have. Customify has header and footer editor integrated and this is the reason I chose them. Update: Sorry, guys. I uninstalled the plugin, the front page wasnt showing images anymore. It would be great if you could find a solution for this. Theres no rush, anyway. Take your time! Thanks a million! Happy New Year! Rox Hi @rox32, happy new year We definitely willing to add support on a different theme editor, we need more information about the plugin, could you please join our Slack channel and find me(Stanley Cheung at Litespeed) or submit a ticket here for helping us to reproduce the issue? Thanks.
