Wordpress LScache Plugin: Images optimization

Last Updated on: Wed, 15 Apr 2026 00:00:02
Hey, I have same issue like here: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/images-not-pulled/ Since three weeks my images are not optimized. Connection with quic seems to be fine, images are sent to cloud. But somehow there is problem with pull optimized images back. What I tried: 1. Clean unfinish data to try again. Same result. 2. My auto Request and Pull cron was On . I turned if off and tried to use button Pull images . Not working. There wasnt also any error message. 3. Checked for conflict with other plugins. Nothing there. 4. Contact with host to make sure that your ips are not blocked. Host confirm that they are not blocking it. Report number: SEGCNNZB Hi, I think the problem is the QC image optimization server keeps failing to send the notification to pull to your origin server, but I cant verify it because you dont have a QC account. Your site is an anonymous user of the online services. Should you have an account, there would be warning messages for you. The way the image optimization process works is that no more new requests are allowed until after the optimized images are pulled back to the plugin. Since you say you cant send any more request, Im pretty sure the problem is the QC server fails to send the notification to your server. The solution to this problem is for you to make sure the firewall on your server has all of our QC server IPs whitelisted for both incoming and outgoing connections. Heres where youll get a list of the current IPs: https://quic.cloud/ips Regards. Hi, Could you please do me a screenshot on your image optm page ? Best regards, @tenkstars I already asked my host company about that. They confirm that ips are not blocked. Im not using any security plugin or even cloudflare. @CacheCrawler https://prnt.sc/1xhhtpe https://prnt.sc/1xhhxjq Hi, please try enable debug log , and then click pull , see what log says Best regards, Got this one: failed to pull image: cURL error 60: SSL certificate problem: certificate has expired SSL seems to be fine on my website. What should I do next? download file https://github.com/WordPress/WordPress/blob/master/wp-includes/certificates/ca-bundle.crt make backup and replace it into your /wp-cinludes/certificates/ca-bundle.crt Best regards, Its working again. Thanks for help!
