I dont know whats wrong with the installation. I even reinstall the WordPress from the admin update menu, including Disabling all the plugins, but no luck. But Im trying to create another dummy WordPress and upload some images, then trying to use LiteSpeed Cache Image Optimization. Apparently, It works? So, I already have my own solution. I have to delete the whole WordPress and the content. then create a fresh installation here the details 1. in Softaculous of CPanel, I have to backup the WordPress installation to another folder 2. WordPress export post, pages, etc, etc 3. delete the main WordPress 4. reinstall in the same folder 5. migrate the upload content from the backup folder in point 1 (use add from server plugin) 6. import all from point 2 7. try LS Image Optimization again, and its works by now
