Wordpress LScache Plugin: Image optimization not working ? images failed to fetch
Last Updated on: Wed, 15 Apr 2026 00:00:02 Hi, Im trying to use the Image Optimization function but after submitting 1 group (12 images), upon refreshing it shows: Optimization Summary Level: 1 Credit: 38Credit recovers with each successful pull. Images failed to fetch: 12 Last Request: 4m 26s ago When I click Update Status a notification pops up: Message from LiteSpeed image server: Errors when handling your previous requests. Send request to reset fetch error count but the button doesnt seem to do anything. My report number is: FUKFMETM. Please let me know if you need any other info. Thank you. Hi, It seems there is some md5 match error You can try destryo all optimized images and re-optimize it. Please let us know if that works for you.
