Ive click Send request to reset fetch error count , but not work to me. so now i can optimize image again and my credit just 8 The page I need help with: https://droidnge.top Hello, Can you submit report from Litespeed cache ? Report and post the code here. Hi, @norman21 Since its been over a week, and in that time some changes have been made to Image Optimization, can you try again? If you are still having difficulty, please respond here with the Report number found at LiteSpeed Cache > Report > Send To LiteSpeed, and we will re-open this topic. hi @lclarke thanks for your respon here the report number: KKMBOJNB please reopen & help me solve it Hi, @norman21 Were seeing an md5 error in five of your images. This indicates either: something about those images has changed since you first requested optimization there is instability in your server or network In case its #2, you should try again a few times. Have you updated to the latest version of the plugin? Be sure you do that before you try again. Otherwise, have you done anything to change these image files? Tried to optimize them with different software? Regenerated the thumbnails? If you can restore these images back to the state they were in when you first requested optimization, then the process will be able to complete without error. If you cannot restore these images back to their original state, then theres nothing we can do to fetch them. You will need to delete all image optimization data and start from the beginning: Navigate to LiteSpeed Cache > Image Optimization, scroll down, and press the Destroy All Optimization Data. This will clear everything from our database (including the errors), revert your previous optimizations, and allow you to start again. This is a drastic option, so if there is a chance that its just network instability, I would recommend trying a few more times before destroying. Let me know if you need the names of those problematic image files.
