Wordpress LScache Plugin: Image Optimization Errors: Hash Does Not Match/No Auth Key

Last Updated on: Wed, 15 Apr 2026 00:00:02
Running WordPress multisite. One of my sites is no longer able to use image optimization. It receives the following errors: Failed to post via WordPress: hash does not match: ClientCB[wrong passive callback] Server[2VuyTa08Yj6wJ3uK] Failed to post via WordPress: hash does not match: ClientCB[wrong passive callback] Server[Y4yqCte12JVChtQe] Failed to post via WordPress: no auth_key I tried to generate a report, but cant send it. The send results in a similar error: Failed to post via WordPress: hash does not match: ClientCB[wrong passive callback] Server[DVSsCuLpFkYFlI3u] I tried resetting the IAPI key. I get a success message, but nothing image optimization related works. Send, Cleanup, and Destroy all produce the same errors. It is likely related to a major site update I just did. I set everything up for the redesign on a second site using subdomain. When it was ready, I renamed and archived the old site and updated the DB to rename the new site to the old domain name. I had just done the same thing for a different domain on this multisite setup without issue, but Im guessing something went wrong this time. In any case, it seems stuck now and I dont see how to fix it. Help would be appreciated. Thanks! The page I need help with: https://www.terrificassemblies.com Hi, Could you please provide the report number ? Best regards, Sorry, I didnt think the report was going through as it was throwing an error. I just tried again, and apparently it does go through in addition to the error. So, the report number is: FFSYPJSO Thanks Hi @bradbrownmagic, do you have any firewall setup on the server or WordPress? If you could you please try to add these IPs on the whitelist? I dont have a firewall, other than Cloudflare?but thats also true for the other sites on this multisite setup that were working. However, I just tried it again and it worked. I dont know whether you did something on your end, or something changed on my end, or the planets aligned correctly, or?? In any case, it seems everything is working now. Thanks for looking into this.
