Wordpress LScache Plugin: Image Optimization Credits does not recover

Report number: GHALFCQP Report date: 03/25/2018 16:36:12 Hi, @miladk You have accumulated several errors in processing, which is why the credit wont recover. There are a few options you can try: Press the Update Status button. After that, you should see a button allowing you to reset any errors. Press that button. If the above doesnt work, you can start completely from scratch. Press the Destroy All Optimization Data! button. The first option will bypass the previous errors, but you will always see some unfinished tasks listed on the screen. The second option is a last resort. It wipes everything clean and resets your images back to the way they were pre-optimization so that you may start again from the beginning. Hope this helps! Hi, The first option does not work, my credit remains at 1. I have optimized more than 10K images for several month now, and there are 10K images remaining to optimize. If i choose the second option i will loose all my optimized images and must start from the beginning. Is there another solution to solve this problem? Hi, @miladk I can see why you would not want to start over Weve been talking about this internally, and we are going to provide a button in the next release that will clear the data for any non-pulled images. Basically, it will be like the Destroy button, but it will only affect images that have not been completed and returned to your server. That should be available in a few days. In the meantime, it would be a good idea to figure out what is causing the errors, or it will continue to happen. We looked at your report and see that you have a few optimization plugins installed. Have you done any other operations on some of your images while they were waiting for optimization? Something has happened to make images change between the time they were requested and the time they were fetched by our system. We compare md5 values at several steps, and they do not match in several cases. I can provide the names of a few images, if that will help. Hi, thank you for your support, i wait for the new feature to be added. No there where no other image optimizations done during the litespeed image optimizations. I have updated the plugin and after clicking the Clean Up Unfinished Data button and then Update Status my credits has been recovered. Thanks Great news! Thanks for letting us know
