Wordpress LScache Plugin: Image Optimisation Stopped
Last Updated on: Wed, 15 Apr 2026 00:00:02 Hi, So ive been using the automatic image optimisation for a while which has been great with no problems for months. However today ive uploaded some images of which during the first half of the day were optimised like normal. However Ive noticed some of the other images ive uploaded today have not been optimised. Nothing has changed on our site since uploading half of the pictures that were optimised and the other half that werent. If I press the button manually in the Litespeed settings I get this error: Previous requests that optimized but not pulled: 10 Ive tried manually triggering our cron which hasnt sorted the problem. However our cron is running like normal. Any ideas? Thanks! Hi @s0anes, could you try to Clean Up Unfinished Data > Reset IAPI Key > Send Optimization Data again? And please provide?a Report Number for checking. Hi, Before your reply I tried to use Clean Up Unfinished Data but didnt Reset the IAPI key. It has now started working again however, the images are showing in the media area as being optimised. For example one image shows as optimised and when I click on it, it shows its new size of 60kb, except when I then save the image its still the original 770kb image. Ive never experienced this before, I can try the IAPI key reset and see how that goes! Cheers. Ive tried resetting the IAPI key and Ive still got this problem. Please put your log under gist or https://www.pastiebin.com/ Hi, After doing some more playing the images were automatically optimised for the most part of yesterday. Ive also checked my images and Im thinking its a cache related problem as in my browser they show as the original file size but with the same link in another browser the optimised image can be downloaded fine. However I uploaded 5 images last night before going home and Ive just checked this morning and 4 have been optimised but 1 has still not been (17 hours ago it was uploaded). Any ideas? Ive done the report number (XQPXHRHP) and have turned on the debug.log and will include some logs soon. Thanks! Again Ive uploaded some images today after resetting the IAPI key and destroying the unfinished data and some of them have optimised but others havent. Please turn on Advance error log and log all the content start from you click the send image button. Some time our server may on heavy load, so if you can resume the optm progress, please keep waiting for it. We will improve the optm engine after v3.0.
