Wordpress LScache Plugin: I have 404 css in en-page

But en-page (main page) is error 404 css. en-page (error): https://working24.net/ vi-page (ok): https://working24.net/vi/ I tried to test cache: 1. Ok if use: /?LSCWP_CTRL=before_optm 2. Disable every css optimize -> OFF Serve Stale -> Purge All. But it still has error. 3. Upgrade to dev release version. It still has error. 4. Try to Emty entire cache . It still has error. 5. Try to clear all cloudflare cache. It still has error.
