I can request images for optimization. However the image pull is not working either in cron mode or in manual mode. I tried clearing all image optimization data but no luck. Please kindly assist me. Thanks a million. The page I need help with: http://artima.com.tr Hi, please provide the report number , you can get it in toolbox -> report -> click send to LiteSpeed and then , go to image optm page , clean up unfinished data , and re-send the request again , and share me the time you did this clean/resend action, convert to UTC + 0 time Best regards, Hello Report number: FLVOYBLV Time: 03:26 (UTC+0) did you try destroy all opitmized data before ? please try 1. refresh domain key 2. destory all optimized data 3. now sends again , and notify the timing also please confirm me that your server IP ends .211 ? Yes I did destroy all data before but let me do it again. Yes it is part of a reseller Hosting main one ends with .210 but according to cPanel the Shared IP ends with .211 Optimize request sent: 03:36am (UTC+0) Pull request sent: 03:37am (UTC+0) Still says: Images notified to pull: 1 group (1 image) okay when you see nofitied to pull , wait for few minutes , then refresh the page, you should see a pull button aside of send button , what happens if you click pull button ? does it show any error messages ? No error messages just says Last pull initiated by cron at Xs ago. Page refreshes and nothing happens no updates on Optimization Summary and if I keep sending requests it initially says pull the ones optimized first to make more requests . emmmmm? please go to toolbox -> debug settings -> set debug log to all , log size to 30M and debug level to advanced now repeat that pull process after you clicked button and stuck for 5 minutes , then extract the /wp-content/debug.log file then please send the file to support at litespeedtech.com with reference to this link , or upload to somewhere like google driver , onedrive or dropbox if file is too large I am on it. Thanks =)
