Wordpress LScache Plugin: Huge 3.5.1 Notification still shows in 3.6.1
Last Updated on: Wed, 15 Apr 2026 00:00:02 When I went to the plugin dashboard page in my admin, I was presented with a huge admin notification with instructions on how to upgrade to 3.5.1 that seemed undismissable (clicking the top-right X did not dismiss it on the plugins page). Only after uninstalling and re-installing could I dismiss the notification, though because Im on a version later than 3.5.1 it seems like I shouldnt see it at all. This topic was modified 1 year, 10 months ago by Joe Casabona. If you turn on debug log, click dismiss button, what did you get from log? Can you paste it? As noted, Ive dismissed the notification already after updating. But the notification is still for an older version of the plugin. Shouldnt it be removed completely? Well, the message function didnt check the version in v3.5. If you can dismiss successfully, the upgrade notice banner should be able to auto dismiss in future releases.
