Wordpress LScache Plugin: How to remove lightspeed cron jobs. How to uninstall the plugin completely
Last Updated on: Wed, 15 Apr 2026 00:00:02 Hi, I have two questions: 1. I found out that there are a lot of cron jobs running on my server, every minute, causing an overloading issue and timeout error for the site. I have a con job management plugin installed, but cannot remove the cron jobs. it says something like wrong nonce every time I tried to remove a lightspeed cron job. My question is how to remove those cron jobs? 2. How to completely uninstall the plugin? Thanks Hi, 1) when you de-activate the plugin , it will remove its cron jobs , and by the way , these cron shouldnt create too much loads, like image optimization check , CCSS generation , LQIP generation?etc if you didnt request them , it will exit out immediately after they are fired. you see nonce issue , probably your wp-admin page is also cached somehow , please check your HTTP response header. 2) delete it in WP plugin page , and optionally , go to database, and remove tables that contains name litespeed which should be 5 at maximum. 3) if you dont mind me asking , may I know the reason for you want to uninstall it ? Best regards,
